LeadingRE adds Smartify Media for digital display technology

Smartify Media has been named an exclusive provider of digital display technology for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) and its global network of more than 550 real estate firms.

Smartify, which was recently recognized as the 2025 Startup of the Year by the Advertising Club of New York, specializes in digital out-of-home advertising and retail media networks.

Its platform, Digital Showcase, turns storefront windows into interactive displays that promote real estate brands and property listings to drive local engagement.

Brokerages can share content from their storefronts and across Smartify’s broader network — which includes thousands of digital panels in more than 40 U.S. markets.

The system supports programmatic advertising from more than 3,000 global brands, enabling brokerages to reach both national and neighborhood-level audiences with targeted messaging.
