MoxiWorks unveils AI marketing platform RISE
MoxiWorks has introduced RISE, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered real estate marketing platform designed to guide agents through daily tasks rather than relying on manual prompts or traditional CRM workflows.
The company said RISE continuously interprets client activity, predicts buyer and seller intent and alerts agents to the contacts and opportunities requiring attention.
Leaders said the system is designed to address common gaps in follow-up and engagement — issues the company argues contribute to substantial lost business.
“In real estate, lost business usually isn’t from bad service, it’s from lack of follow-up,” said Eric Elfman, CEO of MoxiWorks. “Nearly 90% of buyers say they’d use their agent again, but only 13% actually do. That’s not a skill problem, it’s a system problem.”
Key functions include daily task prioritization, predictive modeling to identify clients most likely to transact within specific time windows, automated personalized content creation and agent-controlled recommendations.
For brokerages, RISE offers enterprise software layered with AI to support retention, recruiting and margin protection.
Teams gain a shared workspace intended to improve visibility across leads, campaigns and performance insights — while agents receive automated follow-up and prioritized guidance.
“There are plenty of AI tools on the market today, but too often they’re just bolt-on features added to existing products,” said Ashley Fidler, chief product officer at MoxiWorks. “RISE was built from the ground up as a native part of our platform. That means that while others might have to retrofit their tools to make improvements, we can roll out new automations and updates seamlessly.
Development began in 2024 and included testing with major real estate enterprises and several hundred agents.
