How to Execute Energy Transmutation
In a recent Agent Evolution post on social media, Libertas Real Estate founder Justin Thorstad talks about energy, and more specifically how to unlock and utilize the body’s massive amounts of stored energy reservoirs through breathing practices. For those that wake up and run to the coffee maker for their “morning ritual,” Justin suggests gleaning energy naturally from within — and he shares the following tips for how to do so:
Those who know him, know Justin is adamant about starting his day with a purposeful morning ritual — and he believes others can benefit from this too! For him, the ritual begins with reading and meditation along with a powerful breathing practice that allows the body to wake up and draw upwards its stores of energy to help people be fully present and in their chosen state of being. Called energy transmutation, Justin says this practice allows people to prime their state of being, connect to their future energies and mentally rehearse for the things they want to come — as if they are already reality.
Starting off the day requires mental energy, not an external force such as cup of coffee, which will inevitably leave people with a “crash” or the desire for another… and maybe another. Instead, Justin encourages people to draw from their own life force of energy reservoirs within themselves. He suggests people begin this practice by showing gratitude — being thankful for what has been received and being thankful for already receiving what one desires.
This primes the body’s physical and mental state and opens the heart, where a tremendous amount of creative energy exists. “When you have the proper awareness of this amount of energy and know how to unlock and release it, then you can transmute it into consciousness,” Justin says.
By beginning with gratitude he says, “you’re already opening your heart, activating that center and releasing energy.” Next, he encourages people to do some Wim Hof breathing exercises (worth looking up!), which involves three rounds of breathwork that add up to 100 breaths. “It can be hard. It takes willpower and intention to get through it,” he admits.
However, once he gets to that third round, Justin explains the body and mind are being activated by sheer breath. “What is happening when you over oxygenate your body is you are changing the chemistry and biology through breath alone — and ultimately you are waking up the body and the mind.”
Once aware of this, people can then “transmute” that life force energy, and bring it all the way up to the top of their heads where they can hold and then release it. While everyone may have a difference experience after this, Justin says this practice creates consciousness, awareness, creativity… and natural energy!
“When you bring that life force up, you can pierce through the veils of human societal cultural constructs and change the way you look at things. And when you change the way you look at things, things change,” Justin says. “Your entire reality changes.”
In that vibrational state is an opportune time to dive deep into that meditation and use the mind’s imagination to experience the pure joy of what is happening to the body. And use that joy to get excited about the rest of the day.
“After doing this, I feel excited to show up, just to be here,” he says, “Even if you don’t know what’s going to happen today, you can be excited and get ready for it by unlocking and transmuting this energy.”
To show up in a proper state of emotional, vibrational state of being, Justin invites people to simply sit down and breathe. It can make all the difference and help people open up their imaginations and connect to any future event — and then manifest it into reality. And while people can still love their morning cup of coffee, they will no longer have to rely on it to truly “wake up” both body and mind.
