Two Elements Needed for the Creation Process
In a recent video, Libertas Real Estate Founder Justin Thorstad speaks about two things that are absolutely necessary for manifesting the reality of one’s dreams. When looking to create a new and better version of one’s life, he explains that two elements are vital — being clear and being clean. But what does that mean? Here, Justin breaks down these two factors that are necessary to help people create a vision for their new reality — and to effectively manifest it.
Get Clear — Plain and simple, Justin says when manifesting a new reality, people have to be crystal clear in their vision. They have to consider all the elements of that vision to be able to take that vision from the mind to holding it in one’s hand. He sees this all the time when coaching agents and also in the manifestation process in his own life.
For example, if people want to manifest more travel in their life, how are they envisioning that? Many people dream of traveling and maybe include “I am happy and grateful to go on vacation this year” as part of their manifestation. But is that really clear? Not even close, Justin says.
He says the vision for this needs a lot more clarity and asks people to narrow down their vision to crystal clear details. He suggests filling in the blanks by asking:
-Where am I going, what is the destination?
-What time of year is it?
-How long am I going to stay?
-Who is coming with me?
-How much is it going to cost (flight, hotel, food, experiences – it’s important to include everything)
He gives another example regarding a manifestation in one’s business. Many people equate business success with their earnings and want to manifest more money. So he suggests clarifying the following questions:
-How much money do I want to make and why?
-What am I going to do with it?
-How much am I going to save?
-How much goes to taxes?
-How much do I need for retirement or my kids’ college funds?
He encourages people that want to manifest more money to have a plan for how they intend to use that money — and get clear on why they need it.
“The power in this technique is that the clearer you are about what you want, the more attention you can place on that thing, and the more attention you place on it, the more energy you’ll have going towards it,” he begins, adding, “Then, when it’s top of mind all the time, your brain literally works to find solutions to the problems that are in the way of you attaining that thing.”
He also says that the clearer people are about their visions and the more energy they commit to them, the more they will fall in love with them. Energy flows where attention goes — and that means that the more time that’s spent thinking about those things, the more easily it will become to find doors that lead to the manifestation of that thing that is desired. “If you hold it long enough in your mind, you can hold it in your hand,” he explains.
Get Clean — The second factor of this manifestation process is getting clean. Justin suggests really inspecting “what you want and why.” The why is essential here because many times people want something that is perhaps imposed upon them versus manifesting their true desires.
He encourages people to think about their visions. Are these things they really want or were they imposed upon them by parents during childhood, by a significant other or even by their own children?
“There is nothing more tragic than going after something, being crystal clear on it and then discovering it’s not actually what you wanted after all,” he says. “That can lead to some regret and pain. So it’s super important to go after what you truly want, not what someone else thinks you should want.”
Justin suggests that when envisioning the future life they want to lead, people look at all elements — business, health, their physical and emotional wellbeing and their spiritual state.
“Take it all in and discover what you really want,” he says, adding, “Invest in yourself and get clear and clean on your vision — you’ll be surprised that once you do this how quickly you can manifest those things in your life.”
